Each piece bearing the Sarmad name undergoes rigorous inspection to meet our uncompromising standards. To honor your investment, we offer a Lifetime Guarantee against any structural or material flaws born of the crafting process.

Should an artisanship issue ever reveal itself, our master jewelers will delicately evaluate the piece. With absolute dedication to your satisfaction, we will, at our discretion:

  • Restore the creation to its original, impeccable glory, or

  • Replace it entirely with the exact design (subject to the availability of our curated materials).

A Note on a Life Well-Lived: > Fine jewelry takes part in the beautiful journey of your daily life. As such, this guarantee strictly covers artisanal flaws and gracefully excludes natural evolution, such as:

  • The subtle patina of normal wear and tear

  • Accidental impact or trauma to the piece

  • Improper care, storage, or exposure to harsh elements

  • Modifications or restorations performed by outside artisans

The Grace of Choice: Returns & Exchanges

We deeply understand that selecting a piece of fine jewelry is an intimate decision. To ensure your complete confidence in your selection, we offer a refined and flexible approach to returns and exchanges.

The Unconditional Window (Days 1 – 7)

  • Complimentary Returns: If your piece does not entirely capture your heart, you are welcome to request a full refund within the first 7 days of receipt, with zero deductions.

  • Seamless Exchanges: Should you wish to explore a different design, we will facilitate a perfectly seamless, complimentary exchange within this same 7-day period.

The Extended Window (Days 8 – 14)

  • Returns & Exchanges: We gracefully extend our window up to 14 days. Requests made during this second week remain entirely welcome.

  • The Restoration Adjustment: To uphold our commitment to absolute hygiene and uncompromised quality for every patron, an elegant 10% restoration fee is applied during this window. This allows our artisans to meticulously inspect, polish, and return the piece to our pristine standard.

Preserving the Pristine: Conditions of Care

To honor the integrity of the Sarmad collection and ensure every client receives a breathtaking, flawless creation, we kindly require that all returns and exchanges meet the following standards:

  • Pristine Condition: The piece must remain entirely unworn, unaltered, and free of any physical marks.

  • Complete Presentation: The creation must be nestled in its original, undamaged Sarmad packaging.

  • Provenance: A valid proof of purchase must accompany the piece to verify its origin.

  • Bespoke Creations: Because custom and bespoke commissions are uniquely tailored to your personal story, they are final sale and ineligible for return, unless an artisanal flaw is present.
